1. Rights of use

- Rights of use to the contracting company for the delivered visuals for all media (print & online press) for a period of three years.

- Rights of use to the contracting company for the delivered visuals for internal communication on all print and web media, and for external communication on the web, for a period of five years.

- Mendatory mention of the copyright © Maximilien Sporschill for any use of the delivered visuals in media distribution, and mention of the tag Maximilien Sporschill Photography or any use on social media.

2. Terms of confirmation and cancellation of a service

- A service is confirmed and the date reserved once the associated quote is signed.

- In case of cancellation by the client :

- Up to 14 days before the service: no fees and full refund of the deposit

- Between 14 and 7 days before the service: 50% of the signed quote to be paid by the client within 30 days, or the deposit is non-refundable.

- From 7 days before until the day before the service: full amount of the signed quote to be paid by the client within 30 days

- In case of postponement by the client:

- Up to 10 days before the service: no fees

- Between 10 days before and the day before the service: 50% of the signed quote to be paid by the client within 30 days, or the deposit is non-refundable

- A new quote with the updated date must be issued and validated by the client

3. Payment terms and delivery of the visuals

- Depending on the type of service, a deposit of 50% of the quote may be required before the service. The remaining balance will be requested upon completion of the service and prior to delivery of the visuals.

- Except for the deposit, payment is due after the service but before delivery of the visuals.

- Post-production work (photo editing) entails delivery of the visuals within 6 business days after the client’s selection of visuals, or after the photoshoot in the context of an event.

- Optional Express Delivery of visuals: This includes delivery of edited visuals within 24 hours after receiving the client’s selection, or after the photoshoot in the context of an event. The invoice is then increased by 50% of the initial quote. This option must be indicated when the quote is prepared.

4. Additional costs

- Travel, accommodation, and meal expenses are to be covered by the client, invoiced accordingly.
